Believing in Ghosts
I was reading an article that referenced CICAP, the Italian Committee for the Investigation of Claims on the Paranormal, and saw an interesting statistic. A 1996 Gallup poll revealed that 33% of Americans believe that houses can be haunted, and 30% believe that ghosts or spirits of dead people come back in certain places and situations.
By 2005 the "haunted house" figure had risen to 37%, but there are many more statistics to look at.

Hauntings...ghosts ..oh, yea I could tell you many stories coming from the Bienvenue House where in 1890's a woman and here daughter were murder...many stories from locals, to visitors to friends. Check out LA Spirits who did a paranormal investigation of the house in June and recorded voices..one voice in Cajun French Saying "don't look:" (www.laspirits.com). Come and experience yourself!
